Valdemaras Tomaevskis, MEP, leader of the Lithuanian Polish Electoral Action Union-Krikionik eim (LLRA-KS), which did not act as an electoral barrier in the multinominal constituency, says he will take responsibility for the union’s failure, but doubts that the party accept his resignation.

It is a pity that there are few votes. (…) I take full responsibility for the result, which cannot satisfy us as leader of the party and leader of the electoral taboo, V. Tomaevskis said at a press conference on Monday.

He said that his destination would be considered to be working properly. However, the LLRA-KS leader stressed that the party may not support his withdrawal.

I did it more than once, but the party members had other decisions, says V. Tomaevskis.

Asked whether he would check the confidence in the party or resign, the LLRA-KS head did not give further details.

Evaluating the results of the elections, he stated that turnout was lower due to lower turnout, but said that compared to other elections, turnout was similar: Minimal differences.

According to him, the party ilaik their positions.

If we had 5.2% for the year, and now around 5% or more than 5% if counted from valid ballots (BNS ballots), the loss is not great, said V. Tomaevskis.

The LLRA-KS leader recounted that the party’s candidates won nearly 100 electoral districts this year.

There are no other parties of this type, except the leaders who can boast of it, said V. Tomaevskis.

He was outraged that the party’s poor results could be affected by the campaign organized by Andrius Tapinas, the leader of Laisvs TV, to ensure that the LLRA-KS does not exceed the required KS Representative and its leader tracks, money and webmail

According to V. Tomaevskis, such campaign was a sharp breach of the bet and a certain introduction to the police scene, the CEC, the publisher of the bet.

This must be evaluated in terms of legislation, including criminal liability, argued V. Tomaevski.

After counting the votes, the LLRA-KS received 4.82% of the support of the voters, but during the first round of parliamentary terms, it was verified by two party representatives: Slav Olevsky and Beata Petkevi. The party leader hopes to be successful in several more districts where his representatives reached the second round.

For four years, 5.48% of the electorate voted for the LLRA-KS, allowing them to receive five seats twice. In total, the party has a parliamentary parliament.
