“I’m sick of people choosing the kind of power they need and not reducing it for four years,” Uspaskich told Liberty TV on Sunday, awaiting the results of the second round.
The Labor Party leader also said that all center-right parties could be spoken to.
“If there is a level playing field, it will be possible to talk with both. (…) Only about the program, the regulations of the program,” said V. Uspaskich.
He did not want to discuss which of the “workers” could hold ministerial positions.
“We are not talking about ministers and staff at the moment. If we talk now, it is just about program settings, and then just about personalities and posts. With one or two ministers, we will definitely not be able to implement any programs, so we better donate ministers here (positions – ELTA), but give more points of the program (implement – ELTA) ”, said V. Uspaskich.
In the first round of the Seimas elections, the Labor Party won the mandates of 9 members of the Seimas. In the second round of the Seimas elections, two representatives of the Labor Party seek the parliamentary mandate.
