These requirements do not apply to crew and crew members carrying passengers on international routes in all types of vehicles, if they return to or arrive in Lithuania on scheduled, special and charter passenger routes in all modes of transport.

The list of affected countries is published every Friday, takes effect on Monday, and is valid for one week.
