As reported by the General Assistance Center, on Monday around 6 pm 21 min. A report was received that in Trakai district, Lentvaris old age, Rykantų village, Energijos street, there was a traffic accident involving trucks and cars.
A woman was reportedly injured and oppressed at the scene of the accident.
Fire and rescue forces were dispatched to the scene, information about the incident was handed over to the Vilnius County Ambulance Station, Vilnius County Police Chief Commissariat.
In the Situation Coordination Division of the Department of Fire Protection and Rescue lrytas.lt I learned that the firefighters arrived around 6 pm 43 min. the woman was released.
“The woman was released and handed over to doctors,” firefighters said.
According to preliminary data, the accident occurred when a container with cuts and chips fell from the bed of a truck. When a container accidentally tipped over, a small Toyota from the opposite direction collided with it.
The driver of the car was injured in the accident. Authorities said he had not lost consciousness, but had suffered multiple injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
