Residents will have the opportunity to choose the desired vaccine instead of all those available: Pfizer, Moderna or Jannsen, according to a press release issued by the Municipality of Vilnius.
“On Thursday alone, we can vaccinate about 7,500 people in Vilnius and we will have prepared a total of 6,400 doses of Pfizer, 1,000 Janssen and 100 Modern vaccines. A team of up to 125 employees and volunteers will work at the vaccination center that day, so once again we want to invite everyone to change their sleeves and return to normal life sooner, ”says Lina Koriznienė, Director of Administration.
On Thursday, warm weather promises, so those who arrive for vaccinations are invited to note that they must have access to clean water and sun protection. The arrival will be convenient by public transport (routes 100 and 200), which will operate that day to adapt to the opening hours of the vaccination center.
Those who come to the vaccination center will have to choose one in line, one for all those who have not previously registered, the other, for those who have previously registered for the 17th.
Registered residents are requested to arrive only at the time of their registration. You can check in advance here if there is a queue. The camera broadcasts a live image that is updated every minute.
12-15 m. children must come to the vaccination center with at least one parent (adoptive parent), guardian or caregiver. The Pfizer vaccine is available for children 12 years and older, and adults over 18 will be offered Moderna, Janssen and Pfizer.
