After playing for 4 minutes after the big break, Lietkabelis went slightly ahead (45:44), but MoraBanc won the section 9: 0 and broke – 53:45. Soon the difference increased even more (58:49), but in the remaining 2 minutes only Panevėžys scored points, who were 6 points behind before the decisive stage – 52:58.
After 4 minutes in the fourth quarter, Lietkabelis was just 4 points behind (59:63), but then MoraBanc ran 13: 0 and for the first time gained a double-digit lead: 76:59. For the rest of the time, Nenad Chanak’s students did not recover and were forced to suffer defeat.
