Those who cannot afford to heat their homes enough, but who also spend little: Lithuanians are second in the EU

In first place is Bulgaria with 30 percent.

The EU average for those who cannot afford to heat up enough is 7%.

Neighboring Latvia ranks eighth at 8%, Poland at sixteenth (4%) and Estonia at twenty-second (3%).

The worst heating situation is in Bulgaria (30%) and Lithuania (27%), as well as in Cyprus (21%), Portugal (19%) and Greece (18%).

This is the lowest problem in Finland, Austria and Sweden (less than 2% each).

Housing costs
