This was not the case for a long time: snow fell in Lithuania, the trees broke again

We remind you that the weekly weather will be characterized by abundant rains and frequent strong winds. We started the week with very bad weather. The cyclone, which has moved from the Mediterranean Sea and intensifies a lot along the way, is flooded with rain and drizzle, causing strong winds.

On Monday, as the cyclone continues its journey in the northeast, the intensity of rainfall in Lithuania will gradually decrease, but on the eastern side of the country it will last all day, even until midnight the following night. Strong northwesterly winds, gusts will reach 15-20 m / s in many places. Temperatures in many places will be only 3-5 degrees, only on the southwest side of the country will they reach 6-7 degrees of heat.

In the first half of Tuesday night, the already limited rains began in the eastern districts. The wind from the northwest, west, will slowly decrease, only in some areas from the east it will remain strong. The cloud scattering temperature will drop below zero degrees in many places. The strongest frosts up to 3-5 l, the degree of frost will spread in Samogitia. During the day, short rain clouds will accumulate in some places. A moderate breeze will flow from the southwest, in the afternoon from the south, southeast. The temperature during the day will rise to 9-14 degrees.

A cyclone from the west will visit us on Wednesday. A wave of rain will fall across the country, and the day will be mostly short, some with thunderstorms. Southeast, south, the wind day will change the restless southwest, in many places the gusts will intensify to 15-19 m / s. The temperature will be between 3 and 8 at night, between 11 and 16 degrees during the day. After a short break, an even heavier rain will arrive on Thursday.

There will be thunderstorms somewhere during the day. The wind will pick up at night, but during the day there will be strong gusts from the southwest in many places. The temperature will fluctuate between 2 and 7 degrees during the night and between 8 and 13 degrees during the day. On Friday, many places will be short. A strong southwest wind will blow. The temperature will be from 1 to 6 at night, from 9 to 14 degrees during the day. Probably visiting on the weekend too.
