On Tuesday, the ruling Seimas “peasants”, “social workers” and LLRA-KŠS registered a draft resolution entitled “On the investigation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania”.
The politicians are seeking the Constitutional Court to assess whether the “All the best, Woldemortai” campaign launched by public figure Andrius Tapinas during the Seimas elections and the violations in the Paneriai-Grigiškės single-member electoral district had a significant impact on the electoral results.
Surnames are repeated
The rulers collected the 47 signatures necessary for said resolution to be considered in an unforeseen plenary session. The Seimas Board should announce such a session, but its president, V. Pranckietis, stated that there are not enough signatures and that some of them may be forged.

“Due to the unforeseen calling of the meeting, the statute requires 47 signatures, and I affirm that this document is possibly forged because two surnames have been repeated twice, that is, only 45 signatures have been collected. And I have more suspicions that the members of Seimas were not here yesterday, and my colleagues testified that they were not, but their signatures were, ”explained the president of Seimas during the meeting of the Seimas Board on Wednesday.
He assured that the document repeated the names of Rita Tamašunienė and Jaroslav Narkevičius, members of the LLRA-KŠS, and assumed that the second page of the document “is used from the signatures collected at that time.”
These signatures have been used in the past and all this presupposes that the document is false.
“Those signatures have been used before and all this presupposes that the document is false. And we cannot formally announce the meeting, because only 45 signatures have been collected for it, “said V. Pranckietis.
You will use the ethical guards
He urged the members of the Seimas Board to also review the digital version of the document.
“For those who would find it even clearer that this is a potentially forged document, look vordinį document sent by Ramūnas Karbauskis (“Peasant” leader – 15min) and those names have been repeated twice in that list already during the reprint ”, taught the Speaker of the Seimas.
“It’s all clear,” the Seimas board members told him.

The president of Seimas V. Pranckietis promised to submit a request to the Seimas Ethics and Procedures Commission regarding possible violations.
According to the Statute of the Seimas, an unscheduled session of the Seimas must be held if at least 47 parliamentarians request it in writing. The Seimas Board will notify the Seimas members of its preparation and the matters submitted for consideration, either during a regular session of the Seimas or through the media at least six hours before the beginning of that session.
Previously, LLRA-KŠS rejected the complaints
The LLRA-KŠS had already asked V. Pranckietis and President Gitanas Nausėdas for the results of the Seimas elections and the appeal to the Constitutional Court, but both rejected the party’s request.
According to the LLRA-KŠS, the campaign started by A. Tapinas to prevent the party from entering parliament seriously violated the Seimas Elections Law.
The Central Election Commission stated that the “Todo Bien, Voldemortai” campaign and the “Todo Bien, Valdemarai” publication were negative LLRA-KŠS advertisements, but did not violate the electoral campaign law, since neither A. Tapinas nor “Laisvės TV “They participated in the political campaign.
Tapin says he has not violated any legislation.
According to the law, participants in the Seimas elections can appeal the decisions of the Central Election Commission to the Seimas or the President within 24 hours, and the Seimas or the President will appeal to the Constitutional Court within 48 hours. with a request on the violation of the Electoral Law of the Seimas.
