One day I experienced such an incident in Vilnius. On the morning I got on the bus, the control boarded the Iron Wolf stop.
The girl, the schoolgirl, marked the ticket on board, but for some reason it did not work. The control told her to go out and look for an explanation, the girl was still trying to find out while she was on the bus, because the ticket was really marked, I saw it for myself.
But the control acted like terrorists, wanted to influence the girl’s departure, so she called the police and everyone had to leave because that police had to wait.
I tried to suggest another solution, but the drivers started to annoy me.
The girl alone seems to be guilty of the greatest evil. The connection in the tunnel is bad, the ticket simply couldn’t work because she dialed the ticket on the phone. Even if she is to blame, what does it mean that we, all passengers, 50 people, have to get out of it?
That girl was fine, neat at first, but the checks made it clear that, well, people wouldn’t come for you, so you could see by now that she was uncomfortable. I had my own affairs, I went out, but I saw that the girl finally separated and came out dressed … Pathetic image.

Communication manager Miglė Bielinytė commented on the situation.
“When passengers travel without a ticket, public transportation controllers always ask them to get off buses and trolleybuses to record the violation, without altering the time of other passengers.” They asked for the same in the case described.
Recording the violation in public transport control transport is as fast as possible: always trying not to stop passengers, the special team for the fastest process is directly linked to the registration of administrative infractions.
Public transport controllers, of course, rely on passenger control rules in their work, but try to view all situations in a professional, humane, and respectful manner.
Public transport is an area open to all citizens, where, of course, various situations occur. However, we are much more likely to receive positive feedback from professionals themselves about professional work and pleasant communication. “The individual situations that we received due to certain problems were always discussed together with the drivers; we explained their reasons and circumstances,” he said.
