On the first day of snowfall, the movement of buses and trolleybuses in Vilnius developed quite smoothly: the most difficult passages were recorded only in places further away from the city, in Šilėnai, the gardens of Mileišiškės, Valakampiai, as well as at the entrances to Antakalnis.
A total of 3 bus routes were changed per day, temporarily diverting buses to the closest passes, thus ensuring an uninterrupted journey. There were almost no major deviations from the schedules, only on some routes public transport was delayed up to 30 minutes.
On the second day of snowfall, during the morning rush hour, the situation in the city is stable. Currently, the most difficult places of passage are the accesses Dvarčionys, Grigaičiai, Trakų Vokė, Bireliai, Bukčiai. There are no significant delays in public transport.

We remind those who move by car: be careful, do not rush, plan your travel time, leave cars away from trees, which can endanger branches that break while the snow continues.
