“More than 1,000 people worked in the construction and development of the project, who worked countless hours to turn it into a Senator’s Passage. In creating this project, we have been guided by the principle of” what is old – remains old “, and what is added to the new becomes modern. For example, the transition to Stiklių street has been around for a long time and this can be seen in the old documents, so we wanted to restore it and create an open and democratic place for guests and residents of Vilnius. The main idea of our architecture and design is based on the Wabi-sabi aesthetic, which means perfection of imperfection, “said Niels Peter Pretzmann, one of the most important creators of the project.
