We believe that in 2021 it would be possible to start paying this type of pension. For this, preliminary estimates are provided of how many such people there could be if we equate the benefit in 2021 to the average widow’s pension of € 28 today. Once we have a project, how many people could there be, what budget is needed, then the first money is provided. And in 2022, we will try to move to a more sustainable model and more money, ”said M. Navickienė.
