The scandalous “beauty” Algimantas Ulvidas, whose complaints about penalties handed down for previously unheard crimes in Lithuania have been forced to be examined by even the country’s most qualified lawyers, is again charged with the same. But in even more arrogant circumstances.
Closed all complaints
According to another lawsuit filed against him for the abuse of girls under the age of sixteen, Ullvis returned to his scandalous habit after complaining about the publication of the newspaper Kauno Diena, in which he tried to warn the parents of his new possible victims that he would be released. of arrest. , which was applied to him when it became clear that he had taken the same action again as soon as his first case was referred to court. And now the potential victims – already about five times more.
In addition, A. Ulvidas, who was released at that time, allowed himself to annoy the officials who were advancing the new instruction against him, who continues to do the same. However, not caught by the hand, it is not a thief.
And when the investigation of his complaint to the media violating his rights revealed that he represented the public interest in informing the public about his danger, A. Ulidas appealed to the Supreme Court. Therefore, in relation to the decision of the Kaunas Regional Court, after reviewing the judgment of the Kaunas District Court in its first case on the abuse of girls and mitigating it. A. Ulvidas demanded total acquittal. According to a statement made by a Kaunas resident to Kaunas law enforcement officers, while the Supreme Court set legal precedent for A. Ulvidas’s story by appointing an extended panel of seven judges to hear his complaint, he continued to do so. the same with the plaintiff’s youngest daughter and other companions.

The eloquent position of some parents
Said statement was received in February of this year. However, it refers to facts that the applicant learned from her daughter in December last year.
It was established that A.Ulvidas once again transported minors to more remote places around Kaunas: Marvelė, Davalgoniai forest, entrances to a cafe located near the main highway of the country. And there he danced for them naked again.
According to data from the pre-trial investigation, and again there were no such cases. Seven spectators of these dances by A. Ulvidas have been identified. However, it turned out that two of them are already sixteen years old. And the parents of the other two refused to allow their daughters to be recognized as victims.
In the new case of A. Ulvido, who turned 45 this year, which was handed over to the Kaunas District Court yesterday, three girls under the age of sixteen were recognized as victims.
Did the threat work?
As already written, in April 2018, the same Kaunas District Court had already sentenced former religion teacher and television star A. Ullvas to abuse and dispose of 26 girls who represent child pornography on probation, with two years and three months in prison suspended. execution for two years. Although the prosecutor who supported the prosecution in this case offered him almost the maximum for such crimes: a sentence of a year and a half in prison.
After hearing this, A. Ulvidas told the media that after studying at the Faculty of Theology and Philosophy of Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas, he became a Master in Psychology, and later claimed that if this punishment was imposed, it would happen.
After A. Ulvid was sentenced to probation, he was also forced not to communicate in any way with women between the ages of ten and sixteen, to continue working, and to work 100 hours of unpaid work in institutions serving the disabled and elderly within of the six months after the entry into force of the sentence. Both A.Ulvidas and the prosecutor appealed against this ruling from the Kaunas District Court.

Shocking arrogance
A. Ulvidas, who bragged on his television screen of his chastity, was charged with transporting thirteen to sixteen-year-old girls in this criminal case, which generated considerable publicity and was one of the first in Lithuania not only in terms of hitherto unknown crimes, but also in terms of their scale. on social media, by car to the forest. And dancing there, showing them genitals.
This pre-trial investigation began in November 2013, when police received information that an unidentified man was seeking suspicious contact with minors. However, due to lack of data, the suspect was not arrested until February 2015. But with clues: returning from a wooded area with two girls.
Some of the victims recognized A. Ulvid on the television screen, where he used to laugh at the time. And despite scandalous suspicions, he still participated in the TV3 project “Challenge in the Village”. And it became its winner.
The number of victims is increasing
Having fully admitted his guilt during the pre-trial investigation, A. Ullvidas has already denied it in court. Shortly after the verdict, it became clear and why. According to another pre-trial investigation, which began after the Kaunas District Court had already drafted this judgment, A. Ulvidas did the same again before transferring his case to that court.
In the second case of A. Ulvidas concerning the abuse of girls under the age of sixteen, the potential victims already exceed one hundred. And again, the youngest of them was only thirteen at the time of the incident. And A.Ulvidas is suspected of transporting all these girls to remote places in Kaunas and the foothills, where he also danced for them, showing them his genitals. In legal parlance, he has committed sexual acts that may have caused sexual arousal among minors, during an early interest in sexual functions, and distorted and unhealthy perceptions of gender relations.
In June 2018, by allowing A. Ullvas to be arrested again due to a new pre-trial investigation initiated against him, the Kaunas District Court also emphasized that the suspect did not have a permanent residence.
The pitfalls of the law
However, nine months later, last year, A. Ullvas had to be released again, because it was impossible to bring his new case to court during that time. And our laws do not allow a person to be suspected of a serious crime, such as the abuse of a person under the age of sixteen, detained for more than nine months in Lithuania.
The new pre-trial investigation took time because almost all of the victims were still minors. And they are only allowed to be interviewed once. It is recommended to visit an examining magistrate.
The second case of A. Ulvidas, in which the number of victims is already about five times higher, is also expected to be handed over to the courts this year.
The examination of A. Ulvidas’ complaint in relation to the Kaunas District Court judgment in her first case also took place in the Kaunas Regional Court for almost eight months. Finally, in April of last year, it was discovered that he had been sentenced too harshly. And this has been mitigated by imposing only one year in prison on the scandalous “chaste”, forcing from 10 to 6 in the afternoon. be at home, if it is not related to work, and not communicate in any way with female representatives of the aforementioned age, as required by the Kaunas District Court. However, this allocated 100 hours of unpaid work in institutions that care for the disabled and the elderly, cut in half in the six months following the entry into force of the sentence, to 50 hours. But it also imposed a fine of 1,883 euros on A. Ulvid.

The precedent was set for three months
The judgment of the Kaunas District Court mitigated by the Kaunas Regional Court entered into force as soon as A. Ulvidas was announced.
However, to obtain a full acquittal, he appealed the verdict to the Supreme Court, which has an extended panel of seven justices to set a legal precedent that will be followed in all other similar cases, essentially upholding the Kaunas Regional Court’s verdict in April this year. Only the fine imposed on him for the possession of pornography in which a child was represented was revoked, since A. Ullvidas was acquitted of this crime.
This decision was not explained to the media because the trial was not public. However, he was of course greeted by A. Ulidas, who, according to his latest case, had already managed to draw certain conclusions and became more intelligent.
