The courtyard of the Palace of the Rulers was turned into an open-air disco at night. Unsurprisingly, the most beloved Lithuanian ambassadors appeared and The Roop, who performed well at this year’s Eurovision. The open-air disco was marked by a popular group in bright red. The audience followed the coded messages and in an instant it became hotter for everyone, not from the air but from the fiery show.

Choreographer Marijanas Staniulėnas created a show especially for this concert, which featured up to 14 dancers, including contemporary and street dance talents.

Marijanas and Miglė Praniauskaitė herself appeared on stage – this duo has already become an integral part of The Roop’s “Eurovision” hits.

“Everyone has a celebration or even an honor to participate in such a project,” said Marijanas Staniulėnas before the event.

“There is no shortage of works and the marathon has been running since August 2019. From then until now varau. I don’t even see the difference that this was the period “before” and “after” Eurovision. The busier I am, the more I keep up to date. I feel full of strength and happy. We have been preparing for this performance at the Midsummer Vilnius festival for a long time and we have been waiting for an endless meeting with the audience. People.lt Vaidotas commented.

V. Valiukevičius added that his hobby is the history and architecture of Vilnius, which interests him passionately.

An interesting fact: a year ago, the vocalist “The Roop” unexpectedly received an offer from the artist Miglė Kosinskaitė to pose for a painting of the Grand Duke of Lithuania and King Sigismund August of Poland, dedicated to the ruler’s 500th anniversary.

Thus, the avatar of Sigismund Augustus returned home today to the Palace of the Rulers.
