At the end of the operation, patrol officers noticed a parked car with emergency lights in the middle of the road. When he stopped, it turned out he had no fuel.
While a friend of the driver was transporting fuel, officers helped the driver pull the vehicle from the road onto the sidewalk without waiting for anything.
