The portal tv3.lt recalls that on Wednesday morning traffic conditions in many districts remain difficult due to snow and wet weather, some regional roads are impassable, warns the Highway Administration.
“We invite you to refrain from unnecessary trips, but if you need to travel, drive with extreme caution and plan your trips in advance,” warn road users.
