According to the report by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Lithuania, the pre-trial investigation will try to find out why complaints about large-scale music in the open field were ignored and who is to blame.
The pre-trial investigation is led by the Klaipėda District Prosecutor’s prosecutor and is carried out by investigators from the Palanga Police Commissioner.
