Officials from the Siauliai County Police Serious Crimes Investigation Board, in cooperation with prosecutors, completed the investigation and brought for trial a criminal case against a 20-year-old man killed in Radviliškis on the night of April 24. His former partner is accused of murder and violation of public order.
That night, at approximately eleven thirty, the police officers received a report that clashes were taking place on S. Darío and S. Girón streets, near the old dairy. Upon arriving at the scene, they saw a young man lying unconscious on the ground, who was given an artificial heart massage by the doctors.
After a while, during the resuscitation, two young men from the city center arrived. According to witnesses, they were similar to young people who had withdrawn from a previous conflict. When examining his hands, the officers saw that one of his fists was bloody. When asked what happened, officials heard that he and a friend were walking down the street, meeting with a youth company that included his ex-girlfriend. There was a conflict between the young people, which ended in a fight. Two young men from the saluted group fell to the ground, one of whom did not get up and the other participants in the incident spilled.
The ambulance mediated the young man for about 20 minutes, but sadly his death was declared. The suspects, who had returned to the crime scene, two nineteen-year-old residents of the village of Kalnelis Gražioniai, were arrested.
The investigation revealed that the incident was caused by a girl. The 20-year-old suspect spent the night with two friends in the village of Kalnelis Gražioniai, drinking alcohol. A photo came to him over the phone, in which his girlfriend spent the night in Radviliškis with another boy, his 20-year-old former classmate.
It was discovered that he spent this night both in company and with a glass of alcohol. With him were two boys and two underage girls.
It began a word-for-word interpretation of the relationship between the people of Radviliškis and the boy who lived in Kalnelis Gražioniai, and ended with a call from the people of Radviliškis to find out about the relationship when they met.
Both companies met on S.Dariaus and SGirėno streets. After the apostasy, a 20-year-old resident of the village of Kalnelis Gražioniai struck three guys from the company. One of them was fatal. Radviliškis, 20, died of bruises on his head and neck, causing bruises on his head and brain hemorrhage. This was complicated by acute central cardiac and respiratory dysfunction. Both the victim and the suspect were intoxicated.
For murder, the Penal Code provides prison sentences of seven to fifteen years.
