After the first reports of their possible participation, we awaited the response from Arnold himself and only then did we give our opinion on the situation, since trust in its members is one of the most important values of the Sparta Fight Gym Club. But an equally important value is total intolerance of aggression and violence. And after today we received both video and photographic material with images of Arnold, and there is no doubt that both values have been mentioned, we inform that we completely distance ourselves from Arnold Misiūnas and from this moment we terminate any relationship with him .
We want to emphasize once again that we condemn the actions of absolutely all rioters, because violence in no way can be justified and does not lead to a solution to problems, but only creates new ones.
We also apologize to everyone who was disappointed in our initial reaction yesterday. We are not asking you to understand why yesterday we had a different position towards Arnold, but we hope that our apologies will be heard and we want to hope that they will be accepted, ”wrote the Sparta Fight Gym club on social media.
On Tuesday, thousands of people gathered near the Seimas who were outraged by the Covid-19 vaccines and dissatisfied with the wider use of the passport, and set up bitter and organized a protest nearby. This protest started in the morning and lasted until late.
