“All these criteria are only harmonized, they are not discussed, there is no decision,” said Zaborovska-Zdanovich.

However, if the movement will be restricted not only in the municipalities that exceed 500 cases per 100,000. population in 14 days, but also when the proportion of positive research is higher than 10%, there will be eight municipalities: the districts of Panevėžys, Kupiškis, Biržai, Švenčionys, Šalčininkai, Varėna, as well as the municipalities of Kalvarija and Marijampolė.
