The Lithuanians caused real chaos on the plane: both the crew and the officers were obstructed

According to the report from the State Border Guard Service, border guards working at the Kaunas airport on Saturday night detained an alleged drunk passenger, a 38-year-old resident of Klaipėda, at the departure terminal. He was ready to fly to the Scottish capital, Edinburgh. The apparently drunk man inundated airport staff with uncensored words and behaved aggressively.

The border guards held him in handcuffs and took him to the SBGS office premises. The named police officers found the man drunk at 2.18 per thousand and took him out.

That same night, the Kaunas border guards received a message from the airport services that there were two drunk passengers on the plane flying from the Spanish city of Alicante. They were reportedly looming over the plane’s crew, inundating them with Russian insults, making noise, behaving arrogantly and jeopardizing flight safety.

When the plane landed in Kaunas, border guards detained both men and took them to their offices. It turned out that the incident was caused by the residents of 32 Kėdainiai and 48 residents of the Molėtai district.

They refused to control the drunkenness. Although SBGS officials had difficulty communicating with significantly intoxicated detainees, they were able to utter uncensored words and continue to behave aggressively. After completing the formalities, the border guards handed over the residents of Kėdainiai and Molėtai districts to the Kaunas police.

The shocking behavior of a Lithuanian was also recorded on the plane earlier this year. You can view a video of the March 2020 incident here:
