In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, AB Klaipėdos Energija will receive compensation for environmental damage, which will be calculated by adjusting the data on the amount of wastewater discharged during operations from 100 m3 to 300 m3.
