The Highway Administration announces that this morning there are more difficult traffic conditions in western Lithuania and Švenčionys district due to ice and rain. There are slippery road sections, but drivers are asked to take into account the condition of the road surface and to choose a safe speed instead of the maximum speed limit and to maintain a safe distance than usual.

In the rest of the country, the road surfaces of state importance are mostly wet, in some places there are sections of wet roads.
