On the weekend of All Saints’ Day from October 31 to November 1, Klaipėda County LSC officials carried out preventive and police measures in all county towns, during which it was checked whether citizens violated public order or if they complied with the government’s instructions to wear masks and not meet. For their part, the agents of the Road Police Service checked the sobriety of the drivers and monitored other possible infractions of the TFE.
October 31 County officials reported that the situation at the cemetery was calm, there were no traffic jams, but officers on patrol warned 84 citizens from across the county not to wear or wear inappropriate masks, of which 52 in Rietavas, 8 in Plungė, 24 in Klaipėda. Officials also drew up 2 protocols in accordance with Article 45 of the Administrative Offenses Code (ANC) of the Republic of Lithuania.
