The construction of Cyber City, a city for the tech community in Naujamiestis, begins in the ancient area of Sparta. The planned completion of construction is mid-2022
The building permit for the Cyber City project was received in October and construction work will begin shortly. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2022.
In the territory of almost 2 ha in Naujamiestis it is planned to develop around 35 thousand. kv. m of offices, coworking and commercial spaces, as well as innovative recreational spaces designed mainly for technology companies and start-ups.
