The Government Emergency Situations Commission, which met on Monday, proposes to the Cabinet to liberalize the movement of population between municipalities, taking into account the epidemiological situation in them.

According to the Minister of the Interior, Agnė Bilotaitė, the liberations of the movement between municipalities, where the epidemiological situation is good, should come into force on March 16.

“Our proposal to allow movement in all municipalities as of March 16 would no longer be this restriction. Except in those municipalities where the situation is really significantly worse and the incidence is higher than 500 cases per 100,000. population in 14 days, ”A.
