“When I was a child, I felt different because everyone was looking at me and making fun of me. But now I don’t feel that way, I have gained confidence and I can go to the club in a short dress, even if my legs are crooked. I realized that beauty it doesn’t just lie in appearance, ”Agnė smiles.

Agne was diagnosed with cerebral palsy as a child, which sometimes makes it difficult for her to talk or walk. When he was only 11 years old, his mother died.

“When I lost my mother as a child, not much of me wondered how you live or if everything is okay … I felt the greatest love from my grandparents and my mother’s sisters. He used to tell me that he probably would not have children or that he would need a man to do it for me to take care of him. In fact, I wasn’t even trained to cook … ”, says the woman.

It was not pleasant living with my father Agne after her mother died; Until this event, they only saw him 3-4 times a year, and suddenly I had to move in with him.

“I was hoping that after my mother died my aunt would be able to raise me, but my father thought …”, says Agnė.

Agnė had no choice but to live with his father. When I was a teenager, I wanted to meet and establish romantic relationships. When she was 17 years old, Agnė suddenly became pregnant and the girl’s father feared responsibility.

Dad didn’t see him for 12 years.

After the boy escaped, Agnė started communicating online again, and one of those friends offered to transfer the girl to Kaunas. Agnė decided to leave her hometown in Šiauliai because she had nothing to lose.

Agnė couldn't find a job, so she started making soap.

“When I was very afraid of my parents’ reaction, I knew there would be no support, because I was almost sick. And I found out about my pregnancy because when I left I left a note that I was expecting, that everything was fine for me and that I would not look.

I spent the whole summer in the village, my father didn’t know much and was interested in how I was doing there, even though he knew I had a friend, he saw him ”, says Agnė.

For an 18-year-old pregnant girl who settled in Kaunas, life was quite difficult at first. It was difficult to start things on my own and live, especially when when she left home, her bank card stayed with her father, who was not ashamed to allow Agne’s benefits for several months until the girl had a new bank card. .

“It seems so low to me,” he adds. – “By the way, we did not contact my father after leaving home. I recently sent him a photo of my grandchildren in the mail, but there was no response. Maybe they no longer live there, or maybe they just don’t want to know. We last saw him 12 years ago. “

Decided to raise children alone

When her first child Agne was born, she wanted to cry with happiness: “then I thought I finally had something to enjoy, to live …”.

Agnė had a daughter with a friend who moved to Kaunas, but this time it didn’t have a happy ending either.

“I wanted to become a single mother a long time ago, but it was expensive and scary to go out alone. Lately I cared about everything at home, my daughter’s father did not work and then he started drinking more. Everywhere he had to go alone and survive.

I did not return to Šiauliai, I still live in Kaunas and I feel stronger on my feet. It’s a shame that there are angry people who always emphasize that people like me live on taxpayers’ money and still have disabled children …, – says Agnė.

Now she is very happy to be not only the mother of two wonderful children, but her heart has been full of love for 4 years now that she has managed to find her life partner.

Agnė couldn't find a job, so she started making soap.

Soap Making Uncovered

Due to her disability, Agne was still unable to find work. The woman kept looking for ideas on how to make money, and one day Facebook saw that she liked making soap.

“I started looking for information on how and what I needed. I tried it and enjoyed it. I like to mix colors, extract different shades and aromas,” he explains.

And later, Facebook saw bouquets made with soap. At first, the woman thought that it might not be too difficult for her, but she decided to give it a try and did it very well.

“How happy is the heart when a person receives such a gift and asks ‘here you did it?’ However, people prefer to buy soaps that we bouquets and are more interested before the holidays, Christmas.

My bouquets of soap cost between 8 and 15 euros, and they take between 1 and 2 days to make. Depending on how many flower shapes you have for that type. So far, I have a flower shape of a kind, if 5 to 7 flowers are needed in a bouquet, it takes time for the soap to solidify in the shape, but I promise to buy more, ”says Agnė.
