On Thursday night, the citizens of Kaunas stopped to see the car from the driving school “ARV-Auto” driving through the streets of the city. They immediately informed officials of their fears of a possible quarantine violation, who detained the impatient instructor along with the student near Kaunas Castle.

“As far as I know, quarantine has also limited the driving school activities. During all this time, while in this mode, we have never lost sight of a driving school car turning on city streets. Therefore, the image seen today was simply astonishing, ”said a Kaunas resident who saw all the action in the city center on Thursday afternoon at the kauno.diena.lt portal.

He also shared photos of a car from the ARV-Auto driving school that was stopped by agents at the mall. Officers responding to reports immediately stopped the vehicle, and are currently clarifying the circumstances of the situation. Information about a possible quarantine violation will be forwarded to the police station. Upon confirmation of a possible violation, an administrative misconduct protocol will be developed.
