Alexei Navaln, who was poisoned with the Novičiok chemical weapon but soon recovered, reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin had personally contributed to his poisoning.
“I claim that this crime was commissioned by Putin, I have no other versions,” the opposition told the German magazine Der Spiegel.
In an interview with the publication, A. Navaln also confirmed that he would return to Russia after a course of treatment in Germany.
“Now my task is to remain a man who is not afraid. And I am not afraid!” Said the man.
A few days ago, German Chancellor Angela Merkel also secretly met with Navalva.
However, after information about this secret meeting was released, Merkel’s representatives denied that the meeting was secret; according to them, the meeting was simply private.
Journalism and documentaries are often unwanted or often simply banned in Lithuania; they are shown on the PressJazz television channel every day.
