Former company managers Panevio statybos trestas (PST) and UAB Active Construction Management (formerly Irdaiva), who were recognized as signatories to a cartel agreement, could not fine the companies.

The Vilnius Regional Administrative Court ruled in this way on Tuesday and will satisfy the complaint of the Competition Council.

A part of Geseviius, a former director of PST, was prevented from holding the position of director of the company for five years and a fine of € 14,481 was imposed. Irmantas Kubilis, now the owner and former manager of the bankrupt Active Construction Management, cannot exercise her right of administration for four years and has been fined 11,000 euros.
