The Constitution Prospectus contains temporary changes in traffic and public transportation routes.

Trolleybuses will not be able to temporarily pass through Konstitucijos avenue due to planned engineering networks and installation works of the water supply network from June 20 to 21. The routes and times of the trolleybuses for routes 9 and 19 will change, and the buses for route 4G will stop at additional stops.

• The routes 9 and 19 trolleybuses will go in the direction of Žirmūnai towards Teodoras Narbutas, will stop on the usual route, will continue towards Sėli conducir St., will drive towards Kęstutis, Liubartas, Pamėnkalnis, Jogailos, Vilnius and Kalvarijų St., and will turn towards Šeimyniškių St will return to normal routes. Back towards Karoliniškės and Pašilaičiai, trolleybuses will run on regular routes. As they drive on the changed route in the direction of Žirmūnai, trolleybuses will also stop at Sėliai, Latvių, Kęstutis, Liubartas Bridge, Pamėnkalnis, Jokūbas Jasinskis, Jogaila, Vincas Kudirka Square, Žalioji Bridge will stop, and it will be highway , National Art Gallery, stops at the European Plaza. Provisional schedules for trolleybuses on routes 9 and 19 will be posted on the website beginning June 17.

• For the convenience of passengers, 4G route buses will move to Žirmūnai on the days mentioned at the Žvėrynas, Panorama and National Gallery of Art stops.
