“Our responsibility was both a challenge and a driving force. Yes, it is very annoying. It is no secret that in some political settings, even today, ‘pushing’ the conservatives is a sign of good tone and a straight path to support. ”I. Degutienė told party members.
He said some are bothered by the Landsbergis or Kubilius surnames.
“We felt moral support and, during the election, political. It is a sign of true solidarity without pretense, a lie. Fair, honest and honest patriots of the state, that is our value. Let us value this gift ”, concluded the representative of the Union of the Homeland.
Goodbye to the Seimas
The long-term MP has decided not to participate in the Seimas elections. He spoke not only about his work at the Seimas, but also about what Lithuania has experienced during the independence period.
“We know that it is sad to think that I have worked at Seimas for almost 25 years, there is brilliant pain in remembering my colleagues who left during that time. But it is gratifying to see what path Lithuania has taken during that time, (…) how young politicians have become leaders, ”he said.
Speaking about the position of the rulers at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, I. Degutienė recalled that people were lied to. And now, according to the politicians, the rulers are simply enjoying the ether that they have been given.
“The rulers are now demonstrating power, enjoying power and ether, ignoring offers of help. But trust is nourished by openness, sincerity, courage without fear in the eyes of all,” said the deputy.
