Fans found out about the pregnancy on the cover of British Make Magazine, in which Rose Leslie was immortalized with an already rounded tummy. After playing beloved Jonas Snow and Ygritte in the “Wars of Thrones” series, the actors spoke about the novel in 2012.
After that, the couple are believed to have divorced and officially confirmed their relationship in April 2016. The actors got engaged in September 2017 and the wedding picked up in 2019.
Speaking to Make Magazine, Leslie reflected on her experiences on The Wars of Thrones. “It was an incredible experience, and for me as an actress, it definitely opened a lot of doors to work with directors and producers,” said the pregnant star.
These days, Leslie and Harrington spend quality time in the east of England at their Tudor mansion, which she jokingly called “the house built by Jon Snow.”
“It just came to our attention then. We have a thatched roof that currently has a huge hornet’s nest. I really like to think about the house and all the people who lived in it. Were you happy with the way they lived?” Leslie told the publication.
“What a glorious thing it is that we can flee the village and recover in this way. It is a great privilege to be surrounded by greenery, bird songs, hedges, and our friendly neighbors. It’s so quiet there, “added the expectant mother.
