Rasa Budbergytė, Vice President of the LSDP, who chaired the meeting by mutual agreement with the Board, says that the Board decided to call a meeting of the party presidium taking into account the explanations received by the Party Bylaws Group on the application of the rules of the Statute. .
Following explanations from the Statutes Group, the electronic poll of party council members on the interim party president was canceled.
It was also decided to request the Ethics and Procedures and Statute Commissions to apply precise procedures in the election of the interim president of the party.
The date of the council meeting will be decided by the party presidium.
