Skvernelis told reporters at Seimas on Thursday.
Still, the prime minister assured that if the infection spreads uncontrollably, the recommendations could be turned into instructions.
“If we approach a situation where we see that the situation at the national level is no longer traceable and is out of control, then it will be necessary to translate those recommendations into instructions from the government or instructions from the operations manager,” said the prime minister. .
