David Sirvydis’s career at the Hapoel Club in Jerusalem is over.
The Israeli team has officially announced that Sirvydis will leave the club and fly across the Atlantic, where he will join the Detroit Pistons training ground.
The 20th anniversary is expected to be recommended to the Pistons coaches and a contract signed with him.
The NBA free agent market opens this week and clubs will be able to sign contracts starting November 22.
Sirvydis was invited by the Dallas Mavericks to the 2019 NBA Rookie on call 37, but immediately transferred the player’s rights to the Pistons.
This season, Sirvydis has yet to play in the Israel League and has played two games in the Champions League. The average basketball player who spends 10 minutes on the court scored a total of 1 point.
Sirvydis played the last match on November 11, when he met the Limoges CSP club.
