V.Grincevičius addressed Facebook on Tuesday to companies affected by comic scammers who received emails [email protected]. Scammers, pretending to be a YouTube star, offer companies to buy advertising, but after getting a down payment, they just disappear.

As the comedian said, he learned of this matter on March 26. And immediately wrote a statement to the police. However, as the comedian said, he did not get the reaction he expected.

According to him, one of the affected companies sent a shipment worth 100 euros through an Omniva ATM. Anykščiai police managed to obtain photos of masked suspects.
“Everything was filmed. It’s not that difficult to trace who the phone code was to pick up the shipment. I won’t have to put on the clothes of the rural police and catch it myself, “said V. Grincevičius.
It is unclear exactly how many companies were affected, but according to the interviewee, more than 100 companies received scam messages.
In a public sphere that urged officials to clarify the situation more quickly, the comedian joked that drugs had been sent to scammers.

After brief negotiations, he finally paid an advance of € 100 and negotiated the transfer of the remaining amount at a later date.
“However, after the money was transferred, the communication did not last long and in the end we received no response,” he said.
A. Tyla suspects that the losses suffered by other companies may be even greater.
“We are appealing to you in hopes of getting help and alerting other companies,” he said.
