“For me, Christmas begins on the first day and ends on the last day of winter. I want the festive atmosphere at home to prevail during the gloomy period, ”said the interlocutor.
S.Skambinas tries to create a festive atmosphere in all areas of the house. “That’s why we have two Christmas trees. One on the first floor and the other on the second floor,” said the dancer.

“For me, festive comfort is associated with snow falling by the window, a fireplace, candles, dusk, cocoa, motley socks and a fluffy bathrobe,” says S. Skambinas.
This year, she decided to face the festive period in an unusual way, for the first time participating in a Christmas photo shoot. Together with Saulius, the beloved Živilė Barzdaitytė of the dancer and her children Majus and Mila posed for the photographer Loreta Kondrate in the thematic space set up in the studio “When the Roof Rides”.
The biggest challenge to pose in front of the lens this time was for baby Milai. “And if it weren’t for the brother, I wonder if he would have given up on the adventure!” Joked S. Skambin. He said that he always looked forward to Christmas as a child, as his parents tried to make this holiday unforgettable.
“Now it’s my turn to take over,” said the interlocutor.
The image of the couple and the little ones was in charge of the makeup artist Dovilė Kvederytė and the designer Modesta Šukė. “Saul’s family became the first to measure dresses from my first fluffy collection,” said the creator.
His works for the home were inspired by animals: chinchillas Pupis and Bulis. The two reached an agreement with the designer a month ago. The creator named her collection in honor of her pets. “I have been raising chinchillas before. It is a very agile, jumping, active and cheerful creature with only one drawback: it defecates often, abundantly and where it falls,” said M. Šukė with a smile.
