Sailboats from the new Baltic Regatta moored at the cruise terminal and on the banks of the River Dane. The regatta consists of three Baltic ports – Tallinn – Klaipeda – Szczecin, so the boats set sail for the latter port.

In addition to class C and D sailboats, 5 class A and 6 class B sailboats arrived in Klaipeda. Class A includes sailboats with a length of at least 40 meters. Among these ships, the largest port host to reach Klaipeda was the sailing ship “Gulden Leeuw” from the Netherlands, which is 70 meters long. Also sailing boats – Fryderyk Chopin (Poland, class A, length 55 m, port – Szczecin), Baltic Beauty (Poland, class A, length – 40 m, port – Gdansk), Pogoria (Poland, class A, length – 50 m), port – Gdansk), “Standart” (Russia, Class A, length – 32 m, port – St. Petersburg).

The Klaipeda University sailboat “Brabander” (class B, length – 32 m, port – Klaipeda) participates in the regatta and Lithuania is represented, and the Spanish boat “Atyla” (Spain, class B, length – 32 m, port – Bilbao). Bonawentura (Poland, class B, length 21 m, port: Gdansk), Kapitan Borchardt (Poland, class B, length 42 m, port: Warsaw), Zawsisza Czarny (Poland, class B, length – 43 m, port – Gdynia) , “Krasotka” (Russia, class B, length – 42.30 m, port – St. Petersburg).
