Although a great friend of Martin Geben’s team looks forward to a lot at the NCAA Championships in Lithuania, S.Vasturia assures that he is prepared for it.
“Everyone is here to compete and the main objective is victory. I think when I come here my job is to fight and do everything possible in my training sessions and games to help. My goal and that of the team is to win as many games as possible. I think we have a great team and I’m really looking forward to starting the season. I hope we have no problems and the season is over, ”said the newcomer to the team about the goals for next season.
Last season in the FIBA Champions League, S.Vasturia averaged 11.8 points per game, bounced 4 balls and had 5.3 assists per 30 minutes. In the German championship, his figures were similar: 13.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game.
“I do more or less everything in the square. I can control the ball and shooting is what I try to give to all the teams I play for. As a player, I always give 110 percent of myself and contribute to the team in various ways. I earn team points for my teammates. I try to do a bit of everything, ”the new owner of the 32nd edition of the Žalgiris jersey highlighted the strengths of his game.
