On Saturday, at the Lithuanian Basketball League (Betsafe-LKL) in Klaipeda, Vilnius Rytas (6/0) won a landslide victory when the guests 98:60 crushed the local team of Neptuno (2/4).
Neptune took the lead only in the first minutes of the match (5: 2), but then Rytas won the four-minute period 15: 0 and gained a double-digit lead (17: 5), which he held until the long break (49 : 33).
Mindaugas Girdžiūnas, who scored 13 points, was the most productive player on the “Rytas” team after two quarters, Arnas Butkevičius helped him well, scoring 11 points. 10 by Andrew Goudelock.
In the Neptūnas team, Tadas Pažlaik scored 7 points, Matas Jogėla added 6 and Giedrius Stankevičius added 5.

Rytas had 29 assists and all team members managed to score.
The most useful in the ranks of “Neptune” was Tadas Pažėna – 14 points and 17 points of utility.
