Žiugždienė says, had not heard from the president of the association that the state of the tower was emergency. Now remember that the representatives of the residents were never provided with any official document with the requirements to repair the tower due to its emergency condition, since they supposedly came from the municipality of the city of Vilnius and from the Department of Cultural Heritage. But then no one had any doubts about such statements.

“We believed that because Mr. Jackevičius came to every meeting with a pile of documents proving that the condition of the tower was really very bad, that he was repairing something there for his own money, we received bills, the president of the Asociation”. We began to demand the documents that he had acquired as president of the community for the money of the community. But we didn’t get it, so we had to ask again at the Records Center. According to O. Žiugždienė, at that time V. Jackevičius asked the president of the association for permission to buy the tower, prompting the entrance to it from his apartment. This became the reason after some decades of not allowing the neighbors to inspect the tower repairs, which were made for the money of the entire population.

The representatives of the residents told the police that they did not want to enter the neighbor’s apartment, only to inspect the terrace with a tower that belonged to everyone. “It never occurred to them that a long time ago everything was organized differently. V. Jackevičius told the police that strangers were entering his private property, although he had invited himself and asked him to present a list of those who had come early, ”said O.Žiugždienė.

G. Baziulis continues: “Then we realized that this tower is his. We started looking for documents and received confirmation from the Records Center that in 1994. This man was allowed to install these premises by decree of the old man. We thought about how it is here, then the former president of the community said that he also imagined that the tower is not this neighbor. Since a complaint was filed with the Seimas Ombudsman regarding this situation and he evaluated the material and indicated violations and forced the city of Vilnius. municipality and the Records Center to rectify the deficiencies. However, it turned out that he was not registered in the Registration Center, neither after the instructions of the Seimas Ombudsman nor after the municipality revoked the old man’s decree. Accordingly, according to the lawyer, the tower as property is registered on the basis of invalid documents.

O. Žiugždienė claims that V. Jackevičius has never bought a part of the corridor or the premises on the roof: the terrace and the tower. Supposedly, to do so, he had to get the consent of absolutely everyone in the house, and no one had asked for it. And the old man once gave permission only to install workshops, not houses. And only then did the reconstruction and repair of the premises continue, which became the basis for registering the old common premises as their private property in the Records Center.

V. Jackevičius rejects all accusations or suspicions that he embezzled the tower and calls it a smear campaign. It is said that it started because, as president of the association, he demanded the return of 27 thousand LTL by said lawyer G. V.Jackevičius claims that his apartment in the tower, which belongs to him completely legally, will be proved in court. He himself appealed to the police, the Vilnius city municipality and other institutions regarding the disconnection of residents from the central heating system. Although he will not be able to serve as community president now, because a group of neighbors, he says, has “hijacked community facilities and documents,” those stories will not be left behind.

Now, the former president of the home community also raises the question of whether other residents have used the tower all those years to claim he has lost it. He has already heard allegations that his apartment has been repaired for the money of all the residents of the house, although he claims that he has not made the repairs in 15 years. According to V. The court is asked to invalidate the legal act of the Records Center, an entry above the apartment with a roof terrace belonging to V. Jackevičius, and to compel V.
