Architecture will encourage community building
The neighborhood will be richly planted with vegetation and mature trees. In the courtyard, the designed park will have not only playgrounds for children, but also space for community living and walks.
“We wanted to create preconditions for the formation of the community with architectural and urban solutions. The indoor park is exactly the place where settlers can meet and spend time together in a common area, ”said Antanas Pikalovas, author of the project and director of the Arch-1 company.
The architecture of the neighborhood is sober, dominated by calm earth colors: sand, bleached cocoa, gray. “We have experience in developing projects with a similar concept, so we have put together all the proven solutions. The solutions selected in the apartments planned in the project allow to create the maximum sense of space: the large windows that reach the ground leave a barely perceptible boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces. Regular architectural forms provide the opportunity to practically use the area when planning the home, “said the architect.
Balance between nature and the city
According to E. Malevskis, the advantage of the neighborhood is the concept and the location: Due to the continuity of the projects, there is a high concentration of people of similar ages and hobbies here, which naturally creates opportunities to create a safe and harmonious neighborhood.
The area popular with settlers has grown rapidly lately, more and more public facilities and infrastructure objects are appearing, and communication is well developed.
