In 15 minutes Diana, a worried bully, approached the newsroom. The woman does not understand how in a tourist area, near the Nemunas and a quarry where the locals go swimming, a construction waste deposit can occur, even temporarily.

According to her, everything that is excavated during the reconstruction of Akacijų Alley travels here, to the meadows of Panemunė. The woman tried to explain if it was legal, but received no response.

“Maybe a month ago we started rebuilding our main street. What is excavated (earth, trees, bushes) is transported and stored near the quarry, perhaps 20 meters from the Nemunas. There is a place to bathe, a beach. The question is: is everything okay with such a “warehouse”?
