In Markučiai, on the outskirts of Vilnelė, Realco intends to have 5 apartment blocks, which would be merged and converted into buildings. It is planned to install 221 apartments in the neighborhood, where 15 one-bedroom apartments would be installed and the rest, 2-3-bedroom apartments.
The project proposals indicate that 178 places are provided in car storage. An additional 14 parking spaces are planned to be installed on Kaukysos Street to meet the need for commercial premises. In the basement there is a storage room for bicycles, scooters and motorcycles, part of which is located in the stands installed in the covered accesses to the stairs.
