R. Karbauskis after the declaration of G. Landsbergis: the government of madmen will leave painful consequences

Ramūnas Karbauskis, the leader of the “Peasants”, qualifies the statement of Gabrielius Landsbergis, president of the National Union – Lithuanian Christian Democrats (TS-LKD), that the Association Law does not contradict conservative ideology.

According to the grim “peasant” prime minister, the country is ruled by a “mad government”, which the convinced politician is already becoming dangerous to criticize.

This is how R. Karbauskis reacted to the interview given to G. Elberg by Landsbergis, in which the conservative leader pointed out that the Association Law registered in the Seimas on Friday can be supported without renouncing the principles of conservative ideology.

In group discussions, we asked if the issue of human dignity is important to the conservative, that a person should not feel despised, humiliated, regardless of sexual orientation … All this background of humiliation and restoration of some sense of justice: can it be part of some conservative agenda? In my opinion, yes, it can, “said G. Landsbergis in an interview with Eltai.

However, according to R. Karbauskis, due to such statements by the president of TS-LKD, only conservative parents use coffins.

“I was not at all surprised to see Landsberg’s dreams this morning that the association law does not contradict conservative ideology. The fathers of conservatism probably turn to the graves, realizing that the main conservative leader has lived so long in their spirit that he makes no distinction between the characteristics of liberalism and conservatism. Conservatives, seeing who signed the Association Act, are getting too presumptuous to use them: they are all liberals, ”wrote R. Karbauskis on Facebook on Saturday.

The leader of the “Peasants” said he understood the rulers that on Friday they issued a statement urging the members of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania not to consider the draft Law of Association, but to request public opinion by referendum.

However, R. Karbauskis does not even doubt that the leaders of the Conservatives, G. Landsbergis and I. Šimonytė, will hardly hear this.

“They do not understand that citizens have the right to express their opinion on fundamental issues in the state and must be listened to by the authorities. I understand why, more and more often, the public, and the very cricketers rejected by the conservatives, are talking about a referendum as a way to address the main problems facing society. But I have no doubt that both G. Landsbergis and I. Šimonytė are afraid of such a referendum; You know, by looking at opinion polls, you will lose on it. So, instead of giving the Nation the opportunity to raise its voice, those who think differently are persecuted, measures are proposed to confront them by prohibiting the supposed “language of hate”, etc. .

In general, the politician emphasized, judging by everything, in Lithuania, from his point of view, it is becoming unsafe to criticize the government.

“It is getting unsafe in the state to express one’s opinion on the traditional family and criticize this government. Of course, this is nothing like freedom or democracy, because crazy people who see nothing and praise nothing more than themselves they only worry about carrying out their crazy affairs, which have nothing to do with well-being, prosperity, the sustainable future of the state, mentioning any will of the Lithuanian people and mocking, saying that if you do not like it, you will be able to elect another government in four years, “said R. Karbauskis, recalling the harsh words of President Gitan Nausėda addressed to G. Landsber on Friday.

“Unfortunately, but this crazy government, whose actions the president called not politics, but p …… a, will leave painful consequences on the state. We, who have been dealing with these people for four years, have seen what they can do. We can also confirm the president’s words, dedicated to Gabriel Landsbergis, who together with I. Šimonyte and his company best represents madness, “that politics is not only about creating intrigues, power games, writing and putting together puzzles. This is more because everything will have to be left behind. And when you look back and see that only these things exist, it will be quite a disappointing moment. “

To what extent do you need to be desperate, immoral, wanting to bring people to the lowlands, both in terms of value and money, touching something wise but not understanding anything, what is there to do from education to social affairs? I don’t want to think like that, but it seems that this government needs as many people as possible who are stupid, intoxicated, illiterate, unable to take care of themselves, lost in values, who would be easy to handle and follow. prosper at the expense of the State … ”, summarized R. Karbauskis.
