Tomas Rimydis, an expert in historical Lithuanian cuisine and professional chef, will prepare sweet potatoes.
“Potatoes are a fairly common product on our table. Everybody knows the traditional dishes: kugel, zeppelins, pancakes and others, and today I will make soup puree with sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes. Its funniest color is bright orange, with a brighter flavor. I will combine it with smoked vegetables and pears ”, Tomas presented his plate.
“A common mistake many people make when preparing grated vegetable soups is to cook the vegetables immediately. However, to make the soup more fragrant and flavorful, the vegetables should first be fried in butter and then boiled,” as always, T. Rimydis did not skimp on advice.
