The young man was accused of illegally announcing the value of € 20,000 to his ex-lover in the fall of 2019 by texting via Viber’s audio and video chat app, threatening to bankrupt her without receiving the money, information he commits. a woman with her family and friends: photos, images in which she is captured naked, having an intimate relationship with the accused. The victim herself submitted a request to the prosecutor’s office for such actions.

Oleg B. was also accused of producing and distributing pornographic material, i. and. who filmed her genitals and her intimate relationship with a former lover using her mobile phone and distributed one of those videos through a chat application to her friend and the victim herself. The man was also charged with the purchase and possession of psychotropic substances, 27 amphetamine tablets, with no intention of distributing them.

The court ordered that the phone be destroyed because it contained intimate filmed scenes and violated property.

The man confessed the charges against him and stated that he had demanded not € 20,000, but € 2,500 from the previous loved one for not sending his compromising material to his friends and spouse.

The district court that heard the case determined that the man’s guilt had been fully established by his own full admission of guilt, the victim’s testimony, witnesses, and other evidence and data in the case and examined at trial.

In imposing the sentence, the court took into account the fact that the defendant admitted his guilt in full during the pre-trial investigation and court hearing, regretted, compensated for the non-material damage caused to the victim, and this was recognized in extenuating circumstances.

No aggravating circumstances have been identified. Defendant Oleg B. was sentenced to a lower sentence than the average sentence provided for in the sanction because the case was examined in a brief examination of the evidence. The court confiscated and ordered the destruction of the phone as a crime, as it was used to film intimate scenes (pornographic content created and distributed) and violated property. The sentence was ordered to be carried out in a penitentiary, said Dovilė Saulėnienė, chief assistant (for communication) of the Klaipėda Regional Court, in a statement released on Wednesday.

The judgment of the Klaipeda Regional Court can be appealed to the Lithuanian Court of Appeal within 20 days of its announcement.
