According to A. Pausauskas, the police also limit vehicle access as close as possible to the central squares of the city and the Christmas trees.

“The sobriety of the driver will also be monitored. We will definitely take a number of steps to encourage people to stay home,” he said.
Police are urging people to inform officials about possible gatherings at home as well.
